Almi Tankers of Greece looks to be close to selling three of its series of 10 suezmax tankers ordered at the tail end of 2009.
Brokers say the 157,700-dwt Almi Galaxy and Almi Globe (both built 2012) have been sold en bloc to compatriot owner Delta Tankers for $104m.
It is also suggested that the 157,400-dwt Almi Mariner, which is due for imminent delivery from DSME in South Korea, may be on its way to OSAS of Nigeria with a price tag of $55.5m.
