If you think Robert Bugbee has been outspoken to date on the tanker and financial markets vis a vis his Scorpio Tankers, well, apparently he was just warming up.
Bugbee really took the gloves off at a day-long RS Platou Markets investors’ conference in New York last week. In the course of his two company presentations and appearance on an owners’ panel, here is what we learned:
Scorpio Tankers is not being properly valued by investors and its management is prepared to buy up stock and eventually sell off the company if things don’t change.
