Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line has run into trouble with its banks following the arrest of one of four modern panamax bulkers by multiple parties in Western Australia.
The New South Wales district registry of the Federal Court of Australia granted an arrest order for the 75,700-dwt Dewi Laksmi (built 2011) late last week following an application by lawyers for ING Bank NV, Singapore.
