Shipowner Nobu Su has come out fighting in his Texas-based bankruptcy case but is it too little too late to save his 16-vessel Today Makes Tomorrow (TMT) fleet from a piecemeal liquidation process already underway?
Su has filed a formal objection with the US bankruptcy court in Houston in a bid to halt a scenario in which many of TMT’s affairs are now in the hands of the company’s lawyers, who are selling vessels as court-appointed designee.
