A group of brokers and charterers were being whisked to the archipelago of Lofoten, which is located off northern Norway in the Arctic Circle.
It seems the programme of events was being kept under wraps, perhaps to bring an element of surprise into the proceedings. But, in the build up, activities as diverse as helicopter outings and fishing were being discussed.
