The Singapore fuel supplier claims it is owed $1.7m for bunkers supplied to the 307,000-dwt Artemis Glory (built 2006) at Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (UAE), in January.
It has asked a federal court in Dallas to seize Gulf Marine assets held by bank ABN Amro and Marathon Oil Corp, although the assets are not identified in court papers.
