A rare, albeit limited, window into the thinking of distressed debt players at Oaktree Capital Management has been opened in the bankruptcy case of Today Makes Tomorrow (TMT) through testimony of a key executive.
Oaktree has accumulated more than 95% of the original bank debt in five TMT combination carriers (OBOs) — the C Whale, D Whale, E Whale, H Whale and G Whale.
