The departure of James Buck from the head of Braemar’s container desk shortly after the exit of Nick Hubbard had left a question mark over the future of the division.
Chief executive James Kidwell says the enlarged company is committed to continuing in the boxship market and building its team. Kidwell says container chartering will be handled out of Singapore under the stewardship of Roy Edkins, who was formerly Buck’s number two.
