TANKERS South Korea’s Sinokor has been linked to a purchase of three Japanese-built VLCCs from John Fredriksen’s Frontline. It is said to be paying $22.8m apiece for the 302,000-dwt Front Opalia, 300,000-dwt Front Commanche (right) and Front Commerce (all built 1999), which are due for special survey at the end of this year.
