Greece’s Pleiades Shipping Agents is said to have ordered two 72,000-dwt products tankers at STX Offshore & Shipbuilding.
According to market sources, the ships are costing $46m each and their delivery is set for the end of 2016.
Another source says Pleiades has made enquiries about ordering ships of that type and size but it was not understood to have proceeded to booking yet.
