In a photo showing its first gassing up and cool-down operation performed last month, Dusup released a shot of IM Skaugen’s 12,000-cbm Norgas Unikum (built 2011) taking a cargo from Dubai’s current floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) Golar Freeze, moored in the Jebel Ali terminal. The small-scale multigas carrier went on to ship the LNG transferred from the FSRU to Excelerate Energy’s 150,900-cbm Explorer (built 2008), which had recently exited drydock following repairs.
