Chinese owner Dongguan Haichang Shipping is said to have sold the 73,000-dwt bulker Chang Sheng (built 1997). The Hyundai-built ship has gone to an undisclosed buyer for $7m. The owner bought it at auction in March last year as Ocean Glory for just $6.7m.
The Japanese-controlled, 31,000-dwt bulker Diamond Ocean (built 2007) is reported sold to a Greek buyer. The Hakodate-built ship secured in excess of $14m.
