Tianjin Port Yuanhang (TJP Yuanhang) has joined the ranks of Chinese ports hoping to accommodate the world’s largest bulkers and upped the advertised capacity of a dry bulk terminal to 400,000 dwt.
The amended limit could only apply to the fleet of Valemax ore carriers that are still legally forbidden from the country’s ports and that have never made a laden call within northeast China’s Bohai Sea.
