DVB has sealed a transaction that appears to mark the first stage of a broader campaign to shore up its extensive portfolio of shipping loans.
The lender says DVB Bank America sold its position in what a statement described as a “profit participation loan”.
The bank points out that the Curacao-based affiliate also offloaded its position under an investment advisory and management agreement.
