Daiichi Chuo Kisen Kaisha is reassessing its financial targets after an impending $166m liability for the loss of the bulker Ocean Victory (built 2005) was removed by a UK appeals court.
An official tells TradeWinds that the company is now evaluating the impact of the ruling on its earnings and expects to make an announcement in its upcoming financial report.
