Rasmussen’s 20% stake in Arctic Securities has been purchased by the Mohn family, former owners of pump producer Frank Mohn, for around NOK 200m ($29.3m). Mohn already had a 12.5% holding and thus now controls one-third of the shares in Arctic. Rasmussen had earlier sold its stake in broking house ABG Sundal Collier to Mohn.
It is five years since Rasmussen bought the Arctic stake for about the same price.
