“Yes, we will see IPOs. It won’t be in dry bulk and it won’t be in tankers,” Erik Helberg told a Capital Link conference in Athens.
Dry bulk is “not in a happy place”, he added.
Even the tanker market, which the manager described as “fantastic” and “brilliant”, has failed to take off, despite the successful New York listing of Euronav last month.
