New intra-Asian services unveiled by K Line, Evergreen and Simatech will absorb 14 containerships in the range of 1,700 teu to 2,500 teu.
This month, K Line will start a new Asian Feeder service between China and Singapore, deploying four 2,500-teu vessels, and another between Singapore and Bangladesh, on which it will use six ships of 1,700 teu.
Evergreen is teaming up with Dubai-based Simatech to operate a service between India and the Gulf next month using four ships of 2,000 teu, with one provided by Evergreen and three by Simatech.
