Clients of Load Line have agreed to purchase the vessel from its previous owner, compatriot Third Millenium, at a price between $7.5m and $8m, the sources say. The sale has yet to be finalised.
Load Line chief executive George Souravlas declines to comment to TradeWinds on the deal, citing confidentiality clauses.
Souravlas set up Load Line with partner Costis Calfoglou in September 2009, after resigning from his previous job as technical director of Elmira Shipping & Trading.
