The Latsis family has put the 5,900-gross-ton (gt) superyacht Alexander (built 1965) up for sale.
An asking price of EUR 35m ($37m) seems almost a bargain for a vessel that can accommodate 80 guests and has such a colourful past. Not only did the Alexander serve as the late John Latsis’ nautical home after its conversion from a cruiseship, it also hosted guests such as Prince Charles.
