Former Fredriksen Group high-flyer Herman Billung has made a swift return to shipping withanother high-profile Norwegian shipowner, Arne Blystad.
Billung, who left the chief executive’s chair at Fredriksen’s listed dry bulk company Golden Ocean this year, is taking on a key role as Blystad looks to rebuild his position in the dry bulk market.
Billung will head up Songa Bulk, focusing on acquiring tonnage.
