Noble Chartering is the latest in a steady stream of commodity trader-linked shipping outfits to relocate to Singapore, citing the need to be closer to the market as the main reason.
Heading the operation is Michael Nagler, who joined in March 2014 following in the footsteps of Harry Banga, the legendary face of shipping at Noble Group who left to start his own commodities company, Caravel.
