A row is intensifying over who should pay to move stranded Hanjin Shipping cargoes strewn across the US transportation network.

Terminal operators, railroads and other Hanjin service providers are fighting back against an effort by freight forwarders that operate as non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCCs) to step under the umbrella of a US Bankruptcy Court’s protection.
