Singapore’s High Court has ordered the winding up of an EMAS Offshore subsidiary.
After a hearing earlier this month, the court has appointed Andrew Grimmett and Lim Loo Khoon of Deloitte and Touche as joint liquidators of Lewek Champion.
EMAS said it owed $68.84m to Lewek Champion as of the end of November 2016.
