Thoresen Shipping has made its first disposal of 2018 offloading a 23-year-old general cargo vessel for further trading, according to a regulatory filing.
The Thai-backed bulker owner said it had sold the 45,529-dwt Thor Endeavour (built 1995) to an unnamed third party for $4.25m.
Thoresen reportedly acquired the Namura-built vessel in early 2005 from Greek shipowner Elmira Shipping and Trading for $26.25m.
