Aegean Marine Petroleum Network is being dropped from the New York Stock Exchange.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday, the embattled refueling company will be delisted 3 December.
Aegean filed for bankruptcy 6 November, at which point the exchange suspended trading and moved to remove the company, according to the filing.
