China’s New Dayang Shipbuilding has struck newbuilding contracts with two UK companies.
Shipbuilding sources said maritime finance company Marine Capital and low-profile Ocean Agencies each booked two 63,500-dwt bulkers.
Both London-based companies are said to be familiar with the shipyard, having previously ordered vessels there.
