Thai owner Precious Shipping is looking to add secondhand bulkers after clinching a new loan.
The Bangkok-listed company is borrowing $28m from the Export-Import Bank of Thailand over the next 13 months.
The cash is earmarked for buying a vessel or vessels of up to 65,000 dwt and of not more than eight years in age, as well as paying off other loans and debentures, it said.
