A second shoe has dropped in Scorpio Bulkers' plan to sell off its existing fleet as it moves into the market for wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs).
The Emanuele Lauro-led owner has dealt its second kamsarmax unit in a week, offloading the 81,600-dwt SBI Sousta (built 2016) for about $18.5m. The buyer was not identified.
The move allows Scorpio to pile a further $5.2m
