Athens-based company Soloi is continuing to shed vessels in a sign that the dry bulk market recovery has been too little, too late for companies struggling to cope with the downturn earlier this year.

Unidentified Greek peers have picked up the company's Japanese-built 76,600-dwt panamax Faye (built 2010) at a price between $12.8m and $13m, several brokers reported.

Managers at Soloi did not respond to a request for comment.
