Clarksons has bought two Oslo-based ship broking houses.
In an announcement to the London Stock Exchange, the world’s largest shipbroker has confirmed it has acquired Boxton Holding AS and Bridge Maritime AS.
The two companies enjoy strong client relationships in most shipping sectors.
The London shipbroker will absorb them into its Clarksons Norway operation and be run from a single office.
