Taiwanese carrier Yang Ming Marine Transport is spending between $287m and $297m to purchase three modern neo-panamax container ships.
The vessels will be purchased for between $95.6m and $99m each at the end of their charters with Japanese tonnage provider Shoei Kisen Kaisha.
