Schoeller Holdings is selling two 14-year-old boxships for more than it is paying for replacement newbuildings.
The Cyprus-based shipowner is offloading two sub-panamax boxships with designs dating back 20 years for around $76m en bloc, according to European broker reports.
That is about $6m per vessel more than Schoeller is paying to order two modern, state-of-the art newbuildings.
