Peter Anderson's responsibility for Carnival Corp's ethics and regulations compliance has expanded to include the company's filing of regulatory documents.
New York-listed Carnival has appointed him as its Section 16 named executive officer, charged with reporting all information required by the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Anderson joined Carnival in August last year in a newly created role of chief ethics and compliance officer, overseeing adherence to environmental regulations.
