Denmark’s biggest ferry company has expanded with a deal to take over rival ForSea.
The shipowner said the transaction for the five-ship fleet will expand the network of “floating bridges” between Denmark and Sweden.
The price is being kept confidential.
Two of ForSea’s ro-ro vessels operate on electric power between Helsingor in Denmark and Helsingborg in Sweden.
