Greek shipowner Marios Iliopoulos continues to hoover up unwanted Carnival Corp cruiseships, tying up a deal this week to buy a fourth cruiseship from the Miami-based cruise giant.

Cruise industry sources said that Iliopoulos has become the owner of Carnival subsidiary P&O Cruises Australia’s 55,900-gt Pacific Aria (built 1994), which is anchored off the Cypriot port of Limassol.

No pricing details were disclosed.
