Andreas Potamianos has become the fourth high-profile figure to depart from embattled cruise company Royal Olympic in as many days.
Royal Olympic said Potamianos had "retired" from the company in another curt statement to the New York Stock Exchange.
Until his departure Potamianos held the post of co-deputy chairman at Royal Olympic alongside Costakis Loizou.
In the same statement Royal Olympic announced that John Rogers of New York had been appointed to the board.
