Two bulkers owned by Greek owner Angelakos have been locked into time charters at a time when Chinese policy is generating new hope to a rising dry-bulk market.

Angelakos's 81,000-dwt Graecia Nautica (built 2014) and the 74,100-dwt Africa Graeca (built 2002) have been taken on contracts today.

The Graecia Nautica has been fixed by an unknown charterer for seven to nine months at $11,500 per day, the Baltic Exchange reports.
