German owner Johann MK Blumenthal (Bluships) has told TradeWinds its bulker Puma is being unloaded as scheduled in Rotterdam.
The company said it was not aware of any problems after Dutch media and the FNV Havens union said dockers had refused to unload the 35,000-dwt ship (built 2017) due to an ITF inspector being denied access.
Bluships confirmed the vessel had arrived in the Dutch port on Wednesday night.
