Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) has exported the first ever cargo of calcined coke from the UAE.
About 10,500 tonnes of the product were loaded by Adnoc Refining on to SGM's 11,900-dwt cargoship Lucky Ocho (built 2001), a vessel chartered by Adnoc Logistics and Services.
It will be delivered in Yantai, China, by the end of April, it said.
