Improving conditions in the offshore industry have raised confidence at AP Moller-Maersk that its two remaining energy arms can be spun-off on schedule.
Plans to unwind Maersk Oil and Maersk Tankers from the group were established last year, leaving Maersk Supply Service and Maersk Drilling’s future ownership to be resolved.
