Treasure ASA, a company majority owned by Wallenius Wilhelmsen that holds a stake in South Korean car carrier owner Hyundai Glovis, is giving stakeholders an opportunity to sell hundreds of thousands of shares.
The separate entity has launched an offer to buy back 1.5 million units pursuant to its board of directors' 13 March approval to acquire 10% of outstanding shares until its 2020 annual general meeting.
