Clarksons Platou Offshore is seeking to have Go Offshore (Asia) wound up by the Singapore High Court over unpaid debts.
The application to the court was filed late last month and is due to be heard on 18 November, according to documents seen by TradeWinds.
The UK-Norwegian shipbroker has appealed to other potential Go Offshore (Asia) Pte creditors to come forward and support the winding up application.
