Gianluigi Aponte’s MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company has launched its offer to take over Norway’s Gram Car Carriers (GCC), with investors having a month to decide.
The giant Swiss group said it intended to buy GCC in April for NOK 7.6bn ($700m), through its subsidiary SAS Shipping Agencies Services.
SAS is paying NOK 263.69
