Keppel Corp and Pavilion Energy are set to explore opportunities in the development of small-scale LNG distribution in West Indonesia.
The two Singapore companies have entered into a heads of agreement (HOA) with Indonesia power provider PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN).
Keppel and Pavilion said the HOA follows discussion regarding bilateral energy cooperation between the two countries held last year.
