US-listed LPG carrier owner Navigator Holdings has appointed recruitment specialist Janette Marx to replace its long-serving independent director.
The London-based owner said David Kenwright resigned after 16 years of service.
He was chair of the nomination and remuneration committees, contributing significantly to both.
Navigator’s seven-person board now includes three women.
