Dutch group Vopak has committed to a new $1.35bn LPG export terminal in western Canada.
The joint venture with Toronto-listed AltaGas will be built on Ridley Island in British Columbia.
The partners are promising a “large-scale LPG and bulk liquids terminal with rail, logistics and marine infrastructure” from near the end of 2026.
