Tsakos Energy Navigation could be targeting VLCC acquisitions after striking a strategic alliance and raising cash in recent weeks, an analyst said today.
Maxim Group's James Jang pointed to the April announcement by the New York-listed tanker owner that it struck a deal with a US oil company involving chartering of VLCCs and suezmaxes for up to three years.
