A major Chinese agricultural processor has arrested a second ship as it tries to force a Greek shipowner into court.

Tianjin-based Jiusan Group filed a lawsuit on Monday against Angelakos Ltd and a slew of alleged affiliates, seeking $10.5m in security after an August shipment of soybeans onboard the 74,133-dwt Hispania Graeca (built 2001) went awry and the cargo was abandoned.
