Four of the 10 companies said to be interested in buying Repsol’s LNG assets have been named.

Gas Natural, Hunt Oil, China Investment Corporation and BP are chasing the Spanish player’s business, which is valued at €3 billion ($3.8 billion), according to newspaper reports.

Bidders have until 10 September to submit offers. Goldman Sachs is said to be advising Repsol while Citigroup is working with Gas Natural.
